Frequently Asked Questions
How is the quality of the sound recordings?
Answer: The sound quality of the recordings are very good.
How come you offer a damage/defective replacement on your disks, is it because you have had problems with your disks in the past?
Answer: I have not had any issues with the disks I have sent out so far. I just offer the protection and replacement guarantee as a customer service. I want you to know that I will be there if a disk is defective or damaged in transport or in the recording process. I have personally checked each disk to make sure the right amount of files are on each one. I will do whatever it takes, within reason, to make you happy with your purchase.
What type of disks are the shows on?
Answer: These shows are on 4 DVD-R disks and require a DVD-R capable player for your computer or a DVD-R DVD Player that is set up to play MP3's. These players generally have to be manufactured within the last 5 years to effectively play these disks.
Why are your sets so much cheaper than the other ones listed online, are they not as good?
Answer: The set I offer here is just as good as the ones offered on other Old Time Radio sites. The reason why they are a fraction of the cost is because I just want to recoup the money I spent on materials needed and the time it takes to make these sets. I am not in it for profit!
How long does it take for you to get the item?
Answer: I usually ship the same day I receive payment as long as it is received before 4 pm PST Monday thru Friday. If payment is received after that time, they will be shipped the following morning. I ship with U.S.P.S. Priority Mail which usually takes 2 to 3 business days (this is an estimate from the post office, it may take longer to receive your item).
